• Deposit - $ 200.00 (Refunded After Cleaning w/No damage)

• Rental is for 6 hours

Ketch Pen Bar:

• LRA Will Be Responsible For All Purchasing Of Beer, Wine And Liquor LRA Will Provide A Bartender.

• Renter May Not Bring Any Beer, Wine Or liquor On The Premises.

• Facilities include:  * Cooler * Sink, Etc * Dance Floor * Rest Rooms * LRA Furnishes Heat, Lights, Toilet Paper And Hand Towels * LRA Furnishes Tables And Chairs.

Ketch Pen For Meetings:

• $ 25.00 / Hour (3 Hr Maximum) no bar
